I grew up in Brooklyn, New York and it became hip after I left – LOL. I attended Lincoln High School and later went to Northeastern University in Boston. From there, graduated with honors in Marketing from the Business School. At Northeastern I got a great education and experience and I also met my lovely wife, Marcia. We have been married for over 30 years and have raised two boys together. I enjoy all sports and coming from the East Coast, I follow hockey. I used to play hockey in an adult league but stopped many years ago. Now, I enjoy spending time with family and friends when I am not working. I relax reading business books. I find it quite relaxing going out for nice dinners and my wife likes it too.
I moved to the peninsula immediately after graduating in 1976, as Regional Sales Manager for Leonard Silver Mfg., a major gift importer and manufacturer. In 1980 I purchased Designers Center, a gift and home accessories store located in the San Bruno mall known as The Shops at Tanforan. I have 25 years of experience owning my own business. Every day I was marketing, negotiating, managing people and all financial matters. Now, as a realtor I offer these skills to you, my potential client, along with my strong commitment to honesty, fairness and hard work. I treat every transaction as if it were my own.
Because of these skills, I have successfully helped first-time home buyers, the move up buyers and investors. In fact I am in the top half percent of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Agents nationwide.
Many buyers and sellers that I have represented were located in San Mateo, San Francisco, and Santa Clara Counties. I specialize in helping all buyers and sellers who are looking for an honest real estate agent who gives 110% effort and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
I am a numbers guy and I thrive on finding properties with opportunities for added value. I personally own investment real estate properties and I also have years of experience in single family and multi-unit building transactions as well.
